Kiskakon is a small kennel located in lower Michigan.

My love for the Alaskan Malamute started with my husbands faithful friend Nanook.

Nook was a beautiful Alaskan Malamute and a best friend and companion.

He was an (awesome) dog, and everyone who met him loved him.

And this began my love and commitment to the Alaskan malamute breed.

My commitment is to achieving a higher standard of quality in my malamutes, and dedicated to keeping the Alaskan Malamute true to their breed and standard.

 Emphasis on standards, standard size, appearance, strength, soundness, and a loving temperament, working ability sledding, packing, conformation.

And also beloved family members.

Breeding only for quality not quantity, my malamutes are raised in a loving environment and above all they are my pets 1^st.

Occasionally I do have puppies or adults available to approved homes.

I enjoy Showing,Sledding,Camping,Walks,Swimming,Playing ball in the yard or just hanging out watching TV on the couch with my malamutes.

There not just a part of my life, they are my lifestyle.
